FAQ and Support

How long until I can expect my print to arrive?

Please allow 7 – 10 working days for delivery. If you are not in, the courier will leave a card. If you receive a card please contact the courier company in the first instance. Deliveries can arrive at anytime between 9am - 5.30pm, so if you are not in during the day it may be easier to arrange the delivery to be made to your work address.

Will the colours I see on screen be the same as the finished image?

We cannot guarantee this as individual monitor settings can vary. If there is a particular colour match you need please contact us for more info (you will need either a pantone or a colour swatch to post to us).

Will my canvas be the same as the image I see online?

Images will vary depending on the size you have ordered due to scale and proportion.

Do you supply to trade?

How does the basket work?

Just like a shopping trolley at a supermarket, you can put things in your basket (by clicking on the ‘add to basket’ button) without having to buy them - it is just a way of holding onto things that you are interested in. You are not committed to a purchase until you take your selected item(s) through to the order form. If you want to remove something from your basket, simply click on the red x next to the item you wish to delete. When you have finished shopping click on the ‘place order’ button, you will then be asked to confirm your order before providing your personal details.

What about my personal details?

Your personal details are essential for the delivery of the items you have ordered. This information is for our records only and can be removed upon written request from yourself.

Which payment/switch/credit cards do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, personal cheques, cash and postal orders are accepted. For personal cheque please note we have to wait 3-4 days for clearance before proceeding with your order.

Can I place an order and arrange for it to be sent to another address?

When entering your personal details you will be given an opportunity to specify whichever delivery address you require.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is included in the price and is by registered post.
